1. Introduction Welcome to Villa Miah. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at Villa Miah, located in Turks and Caicos. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.

  • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

  • Full payment is required before the check-in date according to the payment schedule confirmed with the reservation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The amount will be stated in the reservation quote.

  • Final payment is due according to the payment schedule stated in the confirmed reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund terms are stated in the confirmed reservation and apply to that booking.

  • Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a partial or full charge.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and adhere to local regulations.

  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

  • Parties, events, or any commercial activities are prohibited unless prior permission is granted.

7. Liability and Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

  • Villa Miah is not liable for any personal injuries or loss of belongings during the stay.

  • Guests are advised to secure their valuables and take appropriate safety precautions.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information for booking and communication purposes only.

  • Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Turks and Caicos.

  • Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

  • Villa Miah reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
